To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session to respect the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will still apply. If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
